What’s next for military? Cross-dressers, drag queens, she-males

Barack Obama is being pressured by a team of activists to issue an executive order that would require the U.S. military to permit those individuals with a mental disturbance known as Gender Identity Disorder – including cross-dressers, drag queens, transsexuals, she-males and the so-called “intersexed” – to serve openly.

Lesbian, “gay,” bisexual and transgender activists only in the last few months have been successful in getting Congress to overturn a 1993 law banning homosexuals from open service in the military. That process still is continuing, as the change required military leaders to affirm there would be no problems with battle unit readiness and effectiveness.

Now spearheading the new effort is the Service members Legal Defense Network, an activist group whose leaders want Obama issue an executive order to force the Pentagon to ban immediately discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity (code for transsexuals, cross-dressers, drag queens, and she-males).

The group wants the same “rights” for individuals who have mental disturbances known as a Gender Identity Disorder (GID) or Transvestic Fetishism – both listed as mental illnesses in the APA’s “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Of Mental Disorders” (DSM-IV-R).

LGBT activists on college campuses across the U.S. also are attacking the military and the ROTC for banning of transgendered and inter sexed individuals from service.

The Harvard Political Union held a round table discussion recently on the university and its relationship to the military and ROTC.

Sandra Y.L. Korn, one of the editors of the “Harvard Crimson,” complained that even though Congress voted to repeal the 1993 law banning homosexuals from serving openly, the military still bans “intersex” individuals and those with a differing gender identity.

An “inter sex” person was formerly known as a hermaphrodite – with ambiguous sex organs. According to Korn, “Discrimination against a small minority is still discrimination.”

At Columbia University, the student senate recently convened a Task Force on Military Engagement to discuss Columbia’s relationship with the military and the ROTC.

On the first day of several task force discussions, Sophomore Janine Balekdjian complained that Columbia should not permit the ROTC back on campus because the military still allegedly violates the university’s non-discrimination policy on gender identity.

“Even though DADT has been repealed, the transgender individuals still can’t serve in the military as per military policy, and the same people [can’t] participate in ROTC. That still, to my understanding, violates the university’s discrimination policy because gender identity is a protected category.”

On the second day of the Columbia task force discussions, a wounded Iraq veteran named Anthony Maschek, took the stage to defend the military and to warn the students that there are enemies out there who hate them and want to kill them.

The Columbia students laughed at him, jeered and called him a racist for defending the military and the ROTC.

At Stanford University, the Stanford Students for Queer Liberation is lobbying against the re-introduction of ROTC at Stanford and at other universities such as Columbia.

According to Queer Liberation President Alok Vaid-Menon, “Now, more than ever, is the time for college students across the country to take a stand and organize against transgender discrimination, an issue that has been historically ignored by the mainstream gay rights agenda.”

What’s Next: An intersexed/transgendered army?

Elaine Donnelly, president of the Center for Military Readiness, believes that the introduction of openly serving “gays” and lesbians will cause disruptions and morale problems in the Armed Forces. However, the introduction of so-called transgendered and intersexed persons into the military could be as much, if not more, disruptive.

Donnelly recently sent a list of proposed questions to members of the House Armed Services Committee over repeal of the 1993 law – including how will the military deal with transgendered soldiers. She wants the House committee chairman to direct these questions to Pentagon officials when the committee holds hearings on the repeal of the law which bans homosexuals from serving openly in the military. No such hearing is yet scheduled.

Donnelly notes that the 1993 law has not yet been officially repealed. The president, Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Joint Chiefs Chairman Admiral Mike Mullen all must certify that the repeal will not harm military readiness before the 1993 law is eliminated. But, they are all committed to repeal.

According to Donnelly, the House Committee members are the ones who will be tasked with “writing inquiries to the Pentagon and I’m hoping that the Pentagon will provide answers in a timely way. It doesn’t look like they will, though.”

Confusion has existed for years over the DADT policy and the actual 1993 law passed by Congress and signed by President Clinton.

Donnelly explained the difference between DADT and the 1993 law, “‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ was imposed administratively by Bill Clinton shortly after he signed the actual law. He came out with these regulations that confused the meaning of the law itself,” she said.

The 1993 law banned homosexuals from serving in the military. The muddled DADT policy imposed on the military by Clinton said homosexuals could serve if they didn’t tell anyone about their chosen sexual lifestyle. His DADT policy violated both the spirit and intent of the law.

In her document sent to the House Armed Services Committee, Donnelly included a series of questions – not only on homosexuals serving in the military – but also on what impact transgenders will have if they are permitted to serve in the military. On the subject, she is asking:

* Q: Will recruiters be required to induct transgendered persons or individuals who desire “gender reassignment” treatment and surgery? If not, what would the rationale be?

* Q: What will the Defense Department policy be with regard to uniform differences, exceptions, or alterations for men transitioning to female appearance and women transitioning to male appearance?

* Q: What will the Defense Department policy be with regard to military medical services and medications for transgendered personnel, to include hormone treatments and surgery to change sexual appearance and identity for personnel seeking gender “re-assignment?”

* Q: What is the estimated annual cost of providing such services to transgendered personnel and those seeking gender “re-assignment?”

* Q: What will the Defense Department policy be with regard to the housing of transgendered biological males living with females, and vice versa?

* Q: Will a man who shows up for duty in a regulation female uniform, or a woman in a man’s uniform, be considered appropriately dressed? What would be the rationale for denying that opportunity on an equal basis to male and female cross-dressers or transgenders?

* Q: Will the military services allow a man to wear only approved male garb on-base, but female dress off-base? If so, how does this affect the principle that military regulations apply both on-base and off-base, 24/7?

* Q: Will the military services allow LGBT individuals or couples to participate in social events dressed in ways that reflect their sexuality, in the same way that women dress to please men?

Other legitimate questions must be asked as well. How will the military deal with showers and restroom facilities for individuals who believe they are the opposite sex – or who are in so-called “transition” from male to female or female to male? How will male soldiers, sailors and marines handle a woman who has had her breasts surgically removed taking a shower with them? Will female soldiers, sailors and marines want to shower with a man who has had his sex organ removed and is taking hormone injections to enlarge his breasts?

Will the military be faced with inducting gender confused individuals who wish to have the American taxpayer fund their sex change operations?

Worse yet, how will the military deal with she-males – individuals who deliberately undergo only a partial sexual reassignment? These are typically males who keep their sex organs, but take hormone injections to enlarge their breasts.

The U.S. Air Force reports it already has started training programs for Air Force personnel on how to deal with open homosexuality. The training for the rest of the service branches begins on March 1.

IN WISCONSIN: DEMOCRACY IS ON THE LINE

Democracy is on the line in the streets of Madison, Wisconsin. Will the popularly elected state legislature and governor (both now Republican for the first time in forever) get to run the state or will the union thugocracy, now crowding the streets, prevail?

The spectacle of Democratic legislators hiding out in the woods to avoid creating a quorum in their legislatures illustrates, more profoundly than anything else ever could, the extent to which we have lost control of our destiny and government to the public employee unions.

The teachers unions, the Service Employees, and AFSME have hijacked state government and are now holding them for ransom.

We are all citizens of Wisconsin now! Our freedom is on the line.

At last some real leaders are emerging within the Republican Party – the newly elected governors! Governors Chris Christie (NJ), Mitch Daniels (Ind), Scott Walker (Wisc) John Kasich (Ohio), Jim Corbett (Pa), Jan Brewer (Ariz), and Butch Otter (Idaho) are showing America how it is done.

The union mobs have taken to the streets in Wisconsin to protest hotly against having to pay 12.6% of their health insurance (the private sector average is 20%) and 5.8% of their pensions (private sector average is 7.5%). They want us to subsidize them so they can get to be richer than we are! Upward redistribution of income!

Governor Scott Walker, the courageous, young Republican just elected in Wisconsin also wants to limit teachers union bargaining to wages and benefits, but to leave work rules in the hands of school administrators. His ideas are vital to good schools but outrageous to the entrenched defenders of bad education in the teachers unions.

The most innovative governor in America – and also a likely GOP contender for president – is Bush’s former OMB director Mitch Daniels. He is pushing forward with an exciting bill for statewide choice in schools, limits on teacher collective bargaining, caps on salary increases, and tenure reform. He has already pioneered using Health Savings Accounts to reduce health insurance costs – voluntarily – for state workers.

In Tennessee, with no noticeable leadership from the Republican governor Bill Haslam, the GOP state legislature is taking matters into its own hands. Senate Education Committee Chairwoman Dolores Gresham and Representative Bill Dunn have taken the lead in pushing legislation to prohibit collective bargaining with teachers unions entirely. They are also planning moves to expand school choice. Their landmark bill has just been reported out of the Senate Committee and, with Republican majorities in both houses, is likely to become law.

In Idaho, a gutsy Education Commissioner (elected) Tom Luna had his car vandalized and his family got death threats for trying to expand the pool of teachers to include all college graduates so as not to be limited to the indoctrinated graduates of education schools.

In Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Arizona, bills to advance school choice and reform schools are advancing.

And then there are the cowards – Governor Rick Scott of Florida who electrified the state with his bold proposal for education vouchers for statewide school choice only to shelve the bill and abandon it when the going got tough. He was aided and abetted by State Senator Stephen Wise (R-Jacksonville) who acted like a RINO by surrendering to the unions and letting the voucher proposal die in his education committee.

But there are enough courageous and true conservatives out there to move the cause forward…rapidly!

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi came out strongly in support of Wisconsin teachers and students who are protesting Gov. Scott Walker’s proposal to public employees of collective bargaining rights.

Pelosi told reporters Friday that the protests are “an extraordinary show of democracy in action.”

“Wisconsin’s workers, teachers and public servants must have a seat at the table to fight for a safe workplace,” she said. “I stand in solidarity with the Wisconsin workers fighting for their rights, especially for all the students and young people leading the charge.

Has our education system failed America’s children?

Not in the minds of “progressive” educators and utopian globalists. They have yet to fulfill their revolutionary vision, but they are well on their way to a tragic victory. So while you and I decry the destruction of an academic system that produced nearly 100% literacy (at least at least in California) — seventy years ago, others cheer the changes that have traded facts for fantasy, truth for myths, academics for collective socialization and individual thinking for group manipulation.

It happened slowly — largely through stealth and deception. Today’s educational establishment, birthed over a century ago by John Dewey and his associates, learned early the tactics of social transformation: infiltration, propaganda, secret councils and continual multiplication through networks of influential new organizations. New York city Mayor John Hylan described it well back in 1922,
“… the real menace of our republic is this invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy length over city, State and nation. Like the octopus of real life, it operates under cover of self-created screen. It seizes in its long and powerful tentacles our executive officers, our legislative bodies, our schools, our courts, our newspapers and every agency created for the public protection.

This malignant “octopus” grew until its tentacles reached around the world. Strengthened by its countless affiliates — including tax-exempt foundations that shared its vision and funded its programs — NEA leaders and their international partners won power and influence in every strategic corner of the world. All along the way, they were molding minds that would fit their quest for a new world order.

From the beginning, they were determined to destroy the old education system in order to build the collective world of their dreams. Reporting to the annual NEA meeting in 1935, Willard Givens (soon-to-be executive secretary) wrote: “…many drastic changes must be made…. A dying ‘laissez-faire’ must be completely destroyed and all of us, including the ‘owners’, must be subjected to a large degree of social control…. The major function of the school is the social orientation of the individual. It must seek to give him understanding of the transition to a new social order.”[2] Samuel Blumenfeld.
Psychology would provide the “scientific” tools for that transition. Dewey — who equated individual thinking with insanity — had begun experiments with behavioral psychology even before 1900. Half a century later, B.F. Skinner outlined the practical steps to behavioral control. “Operant conditioning shapes behavior as a sculptor shapes a lump of clay,” he wrote in Science and Human Behavior (1953).
His goal for the human “clay” was no secret. Five years earlier, he had exposed his vision of a reshaped humanity: “What was needed was a new conception of man, compatible with our scientific knowledge,” he wrote in Walden Two. (1948) [3] Charlotte Iserbyt.

Like their Soviet counterparts, who also envisioned a “scientifically” engineered human prototype (the “new Soviet man”), these revolutionaries knew well that their biggest obstacle would be Christianity. Therefore their main assault would be directed at the uncompromising truths of the Bible. Trust and loyalty to God must be replaced by loyalty and submission to the greater whole — the collective global village — represented by a Marxist-oriented world government.

Their goals and tactics haven’t changed. Take religion. Back in 1933, John Dewey co-authored the first Humanist Manifesto which called for a new world religion: “…a synthesizing and dynamic force for today must be shaped for the needs of this age. To establish such a religion is a major necessity of the present.”

They have come a long way. Today, Christianity is banned from our government schools. Instead, students are immersed in the new global spirituality — a contemporary, idealistic blend of all religions — through classroom myths, rituals, symbols and multicultural experiences. This new spiritual synthesis has been adapted to fit the amoral, religious standards outlined by UNESCO’s Declaration on the role of religion in a culture of peace and Declaration of Principles on Tolerance.

Keep in mind, the NEA shares the UN goals on every point. Small wonder, since its leaders helped establish the United Nations in the first place. Back in 1946, it celebrated the formation of UNESCO as “the culmination of a movement for the creation of an international agency of education.” What the NEA had begun in secret would now be officially established by this new global management system. The NEA Journal announced the victory: “each member nation… has a duty to see to it that nothing in its curriculum… is contrary to UNESCO’s aims.

The same year, a NEA-sponsored world conference drafted a Constitution for a World Organization of the Teaching Profession. It would be “a mighty force in aiding UNESCO,” said William Carr, associate secretary of NEA’s Education Policies Commission.
Indeed, it would. Like the UN, the NEA promotes abortion, disarmament, world government and everything outlined in Local Agenda 21, the radical framework for a totalitarian globalism under the banner of “Saving the Earth.”
In other words, the NEA-UN blueprint for “lifelong learning” calls for a world-wide system of global standards and manipulative programs that would conform human resources of every age to its totalitarian aims. Our children would be trained, not just to conform to this system, but to be activists willing to serve, promote, spy and fight for a world government with zero tolerance for Biblical values or for the God we love. And every person would be monitored and assessed for their compliance with the ideals of our global managers.

Hard to believe? Folks this has happened right under our noses for the past 100 plus years, NOW we see the fruits of the socialist movement,their agenda-just look to Wisconsin, a state that is full of socialist, a state that has more than it’s share of people working and depending on the government SOCIALISM/COMMUNISM WAS VERY EVIDENT AT THE PROTEST CARRIED OUT IN WISCONSIN THIS WEEK……….
